I ordered replacement parts for a long trip. I ordered the parts overnight. I received a phone call from the parts department asking if I was sure I had my order correct. They recognized that I had parts that did not go together. After explaining I was not sure they helped me figure out what I really needed and got it to me on time. That’s above and beyond.
